Hi.

Been a little while, huh? I haven’t even logged in to WordPress to read blogs let alone write something on my own. My schedule has been totally bonkers: disorganized and chaotic with a big helping of procrastination.

I let anxiety get the better of me over the last week or so and failed to follow through on a lot of the projects I’ve been working on such as my music lessons. I’m trying to get my act together but there’s nothing anchoring my days together without work.

I’m so tired all the time, too. I’m starting to think that there is actually something wrong with me because I’ve been like this for almost six months now. Some days I sleep for 12 hours and then lay in bed for another hour or two feeling like I’m unable to even move my body. Once I’m up, I’m fine. Well… still tired, but able to function at least.

Can’t go to the doctor right now, though. They’re far too busy for non life-threatening illnesses. I’ll hang in there.

  1. I agree with limetwiste, set yourself one thing to do. Sometime doable and easy to achieve. It’s a tough gig at the moment and I’m finding just giving myself a break and taking pressure off myself does help. I’d you are exhausted then rest. Xx

    1. That’s a good idea and I’m going to try it. The problem is that I have no reason to be exhausted, that’s why it’s frustrating! I actually said to myself over the weekend that I was just going to sleep as long as I felt tired and hopefully that would be the end of it. I end up sleeping from 10pm Friday til 4pm Saturday and was STILL TIRED! It’s insane. Haha

  2. Our schedule is bonkers too! You are definitely not alone in that. 🙂 The most important thing is to take care of yourself. I find that anxiety attacks make me exhausted, especially after a really big episode. Stay well, and do what is best for you. I hope you have a great weekend.

    1. Yeah I’m doing much better these past few days, I’ve thrown myself back into some projects (as you saw) and have been making sure to get out and get some sunlight. How are you doing?
